my add in my ebay says its active, email from ebay says im listed, but when search for add cannot find even with id number. when i click on my sellers id it says zreo items for sale. I'm very confused, please help

It is obviously not listed on this ID so there is not much we can do to check for you.

If you are listing for the first time, as mentioned, it can take 24 hours before being able to be seen. As you sell more, the new listings will show up instantly. Also, if you are a new seller, be aware that when something does sell, PayPal will hold the money for up to 21 days. The item has been paid for, so you must post within your handling time. You can't wait the 21 days. If tracking shows the item is delivered, contact PayPal and they will release the funds while you are on the phone.

Given the current virus issues, PayPal may not be manned at the moment, so you may need to wait the full 21 days.

Sigh.I really wish people would stop thinking those home made rubbish is going to protect them from the virus. I know the OP wasn't advertising them as such, but people are probably buying them for that. If cloth masks were protection from the virus, then the medical fraternity would be using them.
