Hi All
We are a non-profit organization has started with our eBay store recently REMOVED.
If you visit our store, you will see it shows 5 items, randomly selected.
We want to hand-pick or make sure that this front page will always show the latest upload. Can anyone please guide us with this?
How can I regularly update the item list on our eBay store front page?
Thanks

Again - you do not have a store. And, no, you cannot change what is on that page.
The link that you want to provide just leads to your profile page. Buyers will still have
to click on 'items for sale' to take them to your listings, making it cumbersome IMO.
So, yes, the best link is - https://www.ebay.com.au/sch/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_ssn=dailypositive&_sop=10

If you have lots of facebook followers why don't you sell directly from facebook? If you do want to direct buyers to eBay and want a better link to use in your advertising material buy a domain name and point it at your eBay listings page. It only costs a few dollars a year and if you ever stop selling on eBay you can point it to a website or cancel it.

You can also use the facebook Shop tab to link directly to an eBay item or use an app to show all of your eBay listings.

Thanks for the great tips and insightful discussions. We learned a lot.
However, I may still have to ask the question again for yes/no answer. The bottom line is, we cannot change what is shown at https://www.ebay.com.au/usr/dailypositive, is that correct?
The sort order on your profile is (mostly) ending soonest, so it will change each time an item ends or ticks over to a new 30-day cycle (if you're using good til cancelled; and I say "mostly because on my profile page for my selling ID, the first item displayed is ending in a couple of days, while the rest are ending in a couple of hours and I have others that are ending sooner than the first one that is displayed).
While you can not change this order, you can add content that will appear on your profile page. For example, if you want to highlight newly listed items to followers, create a "Newly Listed" collection. Collections have a thumbnail featuring 3-4 gallery images on the profile (one large and a couple small), and once clicked on people can view a display of everything you've added to it. You'd need to keep that updated regularly, of course. My collections tend to be focused around particular themes, colours or materials, so the upkeep isn't as constant.
Information about collections: https://pages.ebay.com.au/help/account/collections.html
Just to clarify, as well, and I'm not saying a store is the solution for you as I don't know, and it may not be a good decision cost wise etc, but with a store, the sort order of the items on your store's home page can have a default sort order that you select yourself Best Match, Newly Listed, Ending Soonest, Price + Postage, Lowest First, or Price + Postage Highest First.

.. and in addition to what digi said, if you do have a store - you can customise the items which appear as your "featured items" - and these don't have to be in a particular format, ie newly listed, best price, etc - you can hand-pick which ones you want displayed :]

Thanks guys
It's been such a good experience to hear all of your expert opinion. Appreciate it all and will implement some of the ideas that you have generated here for us.
Thanks

Probably not a good idea to keep posting links to your account and to your facebook page. It could be taken as advertising and soliciting, both of which are a no no on this site.
