How can I change an invoice to add a postage price please?

I sold an item that I had listed as pick up unless buyer agrees to pay for registered post which they have. How do I go about changing the invoice to add the postage costs please?

I am sorry if this has been asked 1000 times already...I seem to be going round in circles trying to find an answer.

Go to send invoice, add the postage cost and DO NOT click recalculate.

Then preview to check it and send.

If the invoice won't accept a postage cost in the postage section then use the add or discount area to add the postage cost.

If you happen to make a mistake and send it, simply send another invoice, it will override the old.
