You can block forum users and any other ebay ID from buying your items by going to "site map", Seller activities, Block buyers list. You simply add the ID to the list, seperating ID's with a comma. You can then go to your account settings and there will be a section to prevent ID's on your blocked buyer list from contacting you. ( you need to check a box to activate this ).
This may not work if the ID contacts you through the forum links though as the BBL relates to your listings and ebay. The forums are a seperate system run by an outsourced company, not directly run by ebay.
There is no way you can stop other forum users from commenting on threads you start. It is a public forum and if you post something it is there for everyone to read and comment on forever.

Yeh, I will just go through the process of blocking them. Do you know another forum for me?
can you please name "them" so we all know whether you are seeing our posts or not.
It may stop members from posting if they know you are not seeing their posts . . . . OR . . . . it may have the complete opposite effect of having members post content knowing that you can not see the posts. They may mock you or call you names because they know you can't see the posts and you can't report what you can't see.
You could try Whirlpool forums or ozopenletter . . . . . but I think ozopenletter would be better for you.
