I aksed this question a few weeks ago, but the problem persists. I never signed up to eBay plus, yet it appears (to others, not to me) on my listings and says I'm offering free postage. How do I stop this from happening?! If anyone can help, it'd be greatly apreciated.
The attached image is a screenshot sent to me by a buyer. Weh I look at the page, none of that eBay plus nonsense is on there and it states the postage rate I'm asking.

Animads, eh?
(It's not even on the same side of the keyboard)
What everybody else said.
Free postage only for Plus members.
They also get free returns.

Yes, they're actually called Animads, it's not a typo.

As far as I can see it is very clear......the non member pays your postage the member of ebay plus gets free postage.
Makes sense to me.
I'm glad it makes sense to you at least.
So in fact eBay pays for the buyer's postage, although that's not stated in their FAQs. That's really I all I wanted to know. I had a buyer who expressed surprise that they had to pay for postage after buying one of my 'free postage eBay plus' items. I guess they weren't really a member after all, which is weird if they saw the eBay plus palaver on my listing.

Fair enough. My bad.
