How can sellers get away with advertising one price for an item but as soon as you actually select ?

Is it not unethical to advertise one price but charge a hugely inflated price once a buyer selects it?

Please return to original format for selling listings as the new format makes it impossible to change postage for free postage or to modify your item quickly. I do not want the short selling list it now shows me on opening up the site.

NEW postage label interface problem

What is it with ebay adding for '0's to the end of the publication date in book listings? Eg 20010000. Crazy, and so frustrating!
