How do you become an Authorised Seller in Australia?

How do you become an Authorised Seller in Australia? Seems you can list product here that you can't with a basic package.

I think you'd be surprised how many people stocked up to hopefully flog it off at increased prices on here. I was surprised how quickly eBay jumped on board when people did start doing it. I take my hat off to them.

Look at that moron in SA who spent 10 grand or some such amount on toilet paper and hand sanitiser, purely to sell on eBay, but eBay wouldn't let him. The supermarkets he bought from refused to take it back. Sucks to be him! I doubt he is an isolated incident. There would have been many others with the same "bright idea". Most would now be regretting it.
