Just remember josh BIN is not a reserve, it disappears as soon as you get the first bid. I do agree though, you should maybe start at a higher price (factor in postage) and offer Free Post, this will help your listing in search. For the price of the items, I would risk sending standard as advised above.

If any seller even mentioned feedback to me they would either get none if the item was perfect or a neg if there was the least little niggle.
After about 55 days I used to send an email asking if they could confirm they had received the item so I can archive the transaction, sometimes that prompted them to leave feedback & sometimes they emailed me to say they had indeed received it in which case I just left it for them and archived.
The harder you go after feedback the less likely you are to get what you are hoping for.

I also wouldn't ask or even hint at feedback.
I have several sold items where the buyers haven't even let me know if their item arrived, but I figure if after two weeks or so I haven't heard from them, then there must not be a problem.
I leave feedback once they pay, because they have kept up their end of the deal, so to speak, and I archive after a week.
If I get feedback after that, great, if not, oh well.
In saying that, I am waiting on a few from my jewellery, since I only recently began selling it, and I desperately want the feedback left to show potential buyers my jewellery is genuine and not cheap junk.
Patience is a virtue.

Sell a heap of low cost items. Fast postage and well presented items make a big difference, obviously send what is described. If there are delays in posting don't mark as posted and post the next day, send an email explaining why it is late. I find it's the little things that make the difference and gets repeat business.
Don't ebay send an email to buyers after a month to leave feedback?

sorry my post only deals with getting feedback not the actual sale
