I SOLD AN ITEM BUT BUYER HAS RENIGGED AND WILL NOT PAY NOR COMMUNICATE. EBAY HAS CHARGED ITS FEE. HOW DO I HAVE THIS REVERSED?

First please turn the caps lock off, it makes it very hard to read and is the internet equivelent of shouting. If a buyer does not pay then after 4 days (longer if you wish - up to 30 days) you open an unpaid item dispute then wait another 4 full days and if the buyer still hasn't paid you will be able to close the dispute and your fvf will be refunded. Please do not try and leave the buyer any feedback, you could only leave a positive with a negative comment and that is agaist the rules. Do add them to your blocked bidder list and make sure you have your buyer requirements set to block members who have had more than one unpaid item strike in the last 12 months. Personally, while the bathtub solution does sound interesting, I would follow pj's advice OP.

I agree.... but I am completely dumbfounded at the number of people who dont bother to read the rules or terms of anything they sign up to. This applies to new Sellers & Buyers.

This has personally happened to me a few times and there is absolutely nothing you can do.

The worst part is you cannot leave negative feedback, they can leave that for you but you cannot leave it for the buyer.

Dont waste your time ringing ebay, a waste of time. Ebay couldnt care less.

If you open an NPD and the buyer does not pay they will get a strike, you'll get your fees back and if the buyer does it again within 12 months, they'll be unable to bid/buy off any seller that has their blocks in place.

Oh, and they will not be able to leave feedback for you as a non-payer, and if they sneak one in you can get it removed.

Beats the carp out of leaving a neg for a buyer and then getting a retaliatory neg in return................sigh.......
