I can't create a new listing

Up until today, no problems. From today when I go to create a new listing I can't get past the Item Category page. I have turned off the computer, restarted it, but no difference.

There's been a couple of other members report the same issue

Not that it will make a difference , but have you reported it to eBay ?

(You'll get the scripted response they will raise it to tech and it will be resolved within 24-48 hours yadda yadda yadda)

But it seems to be a 'rolling' thing gradually happening to more and more people
