I have an open dispute case but cannot find the information EBay gave me

I recently had information from you in regard to my buyer  not answering my emails, not showing  up with cash on pickup.

I seem to have lost the information from EBay as to what happens and how I will need to proceed. There is no message in my message box about this issue.I have lodged the matter with EBay.

Ring them, or get them to ring you.

Your best option if they haven't communicated or paid is to open an Unpaid Item Dispute.

Go to your account -> resolution centre

Any open cases should be there as well as any recent closed cases.
