I have to sack 2 staff members this week

EBay has suspended us due to our performance fallen below their bench marks????

We sell new motorcycle parts. Our ad includes the part number of the item, a picture of the item and a general description.  We also tell the customer to check the part number before buying.  If the customer buys the wrong part we refund or exchange without question.

We have 4 people in 3 months who have sent emails stating that the item is not as described?  We  refunded or exchanged the items.  These people brought the wrong parts and blamed us. They  brought part number 12345 and we supplied 12345 but they really need part number 44565. They only brought the part because it was cheap and looked the same. And now they blames us????

I have explained the issue to EBAY several times  but it is like talking to a drome! They do not listen and do not care.

 This week unless I am reinstated I have to close down and sack the staff. Very unfair.  I asked Ebay if I can appeal or complain…NO NO NO  you cannot.

Anybody got any ideas???? We are all stressing out here

If every business in Australia had to close down because only 98.9% of the customers approved of the service or if only 3 customers a month disapproved of the service then just about every business would be closed  by now  and that would include professional services such as doctors , dentist , vets , solicitors etc . and also companies that run web sites

Feedback is only subjective for it to be completely validated an independent  person would have to exam it

In my life , a huge amount of businesses that I have contacted to buy items have item listed that have previously been sold , although disappointing , if is a reality of the business world that items are sold before being removed from the listings  .

Sellers are also buyers , every time a seller leaves , it could mean one less buyer  and I think Australian buyers would buy more from eBay Australia than overseas listers who sell in Australia

I always accept positive and negative comments. :-). It's not always back and white. We have sold many thousands of motorcycle parts all at great prices. When you have 10,000 line items sometimes stocks go out of wack. Thanks for our comments.
