It appears that there is not much on Ebay at present that anyone can use.  Very frustrating for both sellers and buyers.  The worst part of it is that Ebay do not even seem to believe there are any problems.

It would seem this problem is only affecting non-stores.

 

Maybe ebay is trying to say something with a heavy fist-like approach?   punch.gif

 

Or is somebody with a store having problems?

ebay swing between 'there is NO problem'

Just to be fair to eBay and add balance to the argument.

 

If it is a problem with new servers, that could mean it is an outside company running the technical aspects of the site.

It may be that's it's not in eBay's control and changing servers again would take a lot longer.

I still don't see a valid reason for them to pretend they did'nt know about it (I was still getting that on my fourth phone call to them)

 

or that it's not their end, it's just me (or the person complaining)

 

Makes it hard to believe anything they say when they choose to outright lie about those things

But bear you are probably talking to the Phillipine call centre.

They more or less read a script from pop up pages selected from what you say.

After 8 unsuccessful attempts via live chat to get an estimate of how long it will take tech to fix the 40 free listings being charged $1.65 listing fees problem, and receiving only platitudinous relies ("tech is working on the problem:, "please be patient" "apologise for inconvenience"), I have finally on the 9th live chat been told that it will take SEVERAL WEEKS to fix the issue.

I, like other posters do NOT trust their assurance that I can list, be charged $1.65 per listing or relisting, and then try to ask for a refund before the monthly invoice is generated (not possible after the monthly invoice is sent, apparently).
