If you only want $100 for your item, do you have a say if e-bay puts a discount feature on your Ad?

When an eBay discount offer is placed on a listing, that doesn't mean that you don't get the full amount. You will be paid the amount for which you listed the item (I'm assuming it's a Buy It Now item).

he buyer will pay the full amount less the discount amount, and eBay pays the difference. As far as the seller is concerned, there's no difference.
