This often happens when sellers don't realise, or forget, they have 'automatic offers' enabled.

They're sent to members who have your item/s on their watch list and very often to  members who have only 'looked' at your items.

Check to see if you have it set up for that item with 15% off.

If this is the case, you'll need to  turn  it off for future sales.

Thank you, I did end up speaking with an agent, after I got through the AI wall. but they were very helpful angd glad I did. turned out to be an automatic discount I was not aware of.

Yes, you are right. I have not come across this in my 3 year eBay career. Maybe ask first before discounting my stock? Not sure but I don't think I approved it but I may have.
