Insertion Fee Credit on Unsold items

Just had a look at my November invoice - been charged Insertion Fees on a whole bunch of Unsold items. Could've sworn you got an Insertion Fee credit when you relisted Unsold items. Ebay rep on Live Chat says "no"...

Only if part of a promotion of some sort.   IE:  3 Free Relists etc.

Only if they sell the second time. That's how it was for years but not sure whether it applies these days.
