Ebay Australia really needs more training and knowledge helping with International purchases. I wanted Information and advice about accepting International Store Credits and I didn't get any help or an answer after I spent an hour in the chat I was transfered to 3 differents Assistants (NOT AGENTS) to finally AGAIN to be transfer to another team who'll email me who knows WHEN. none of them gave me an answer or advice, it's unbelievable!! i feel helpless then if i have a mistake they'll say WHY I DID NOT CONTACT THEM??? VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EBAY.
