International Store Credit

Ebay Australia really needs more training and knowledge helping with International purchases. I wanted Information and advice about accepting International Store Credits and I didn't get any help or an answer after I spent an hour in the chat I was transfered to 3 differents Assistants (NOT AGENTS) to finally AGAIN to be transfer to another team who'll email me who knows WHEN.  none of them gave me an answer or advice, it's unbelievable!! i feel helpless then if i have a mistake they'll say WHY I DID NOT CONTACT THEM??? VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EBAY.

They are highly unlikely to read your comment here, so no point yelling at other members 

 

Have you asked to speak with a supervisor when on 'chat'

 

And eBay cs simply read/type from pre-written scripts 

 

eBay cs training is basically nil
