Is anyone else having problems listing their items?

I have been selling quite merrily for the past few months. Now I am being informed that I don't meet the requirements for selling and am refused the chance to list my items. Anyone know what is going on?

yes I asked the same question I have a 100% good record and now I dont meet requirements after ??? what??
