if you have a store then surely you maintain some sort of stock register to know how much stock you have remaining. Then, you can know how much of each item you have at any one time. If you use a spreadsheet you can do all sorts of data manipulation to prepare reports.
If you don’t keep track of how much stock you have remaining I would suggest that you do some research on business management.
