EBay did as they said, changed item condition to « good ». Says I need to revise the condition. Go to edit an item and there is no option except Good.
I tried a number of items, bags, shoes, but cannot change the condition. The listings still have several days and there are no bids.
has anyone else had this issue?

Yes, I can’t revise either 🤨

Nope me neither. I have several auction items listed "Vintage & Antique Jewellery" - which are "For Repair" "Slight Damage" clearly listed in the title and Condition. eBay has changed the condition to Good and I can't change it. Previously items listed in Vintage & Antique Jewellery didn't have a condition rating.

I have checked the U.S. and UK boards - nothing……so maybe it’s just us?

Just reported on U.S. boards:

Happy to help @twyngwyn. Please feel free to post an update on the US forum if/when you see the problem is fixed.
This is rolling out in US and UK tomorrow. Chances are if you guys are experiencing this problem, we may see the same problem when the changes roll out to US/UK unless your early reports helped eBay to get it fixed.
I appreciate that you posted on the US forum so we have a heads up in case the same happens.

Hope you have had a response from the eBay Advocacy team as I did this morning
"Hello
My name is Jonathan and I work here at eBay reading our feedback and bug reports. Getting in touch with you about not being able to update your conditions.
Can you share to us the item # or draft ID for one of these that is stuck? What category are the items listed in and are you using the desktop or mobile app version of the listing tool?
Thanks!
Jonathan

So I have replied
"OK so any of my items which are listed in Vintage and Antique Jewellery (which previously had no condition rating just Pre-Owned) have had a description Pre-Owned - "Good" automatically applied to them by eBay. When I try to revise by clicking on Good - there is an explanation of what that means but no alternative. I can give you an example here
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/135701990551
but really any of my Vintage and Antique Jewellery items appear to be the same. Apparently I should also be able to choose Excellent or Fair as a condition?
I don't have items in any of the other categories listed under these new Pre-Owned Condition changes - all the items I am concerned about are listed under Vintage and Antique Jewellery. Actually I have no idea why this category should have been swept up in changes that apply to pre-loved clothing and accessories like handbags - it seems quite silly. I am using desktop version always.
Just checked and if I try and list a new item using Sell Similar I have all the choices for for Condition, so it appears the bug only exists for already listed items, of which I have a LOT. Thanks for any help you can give."
Will of course advise of any response (I feel quite special really - has never happened to me before.)

Yes, I got the same as you 🙂
