An unpaid item dispute can be opened on a car just like any other item (which will see the FVF credited if closed without payment, the listing fee is still forfeit) - is there any reason some have suggested it can't be? You still have to wait the standard 4 + 4 days, and while the buyer could make contact and/or leave a neg, there is no way for them to force payment and so on (PayPal wasn't offered).
