Buyer asked no qustions before purchase and has made zero contact since.
After reading the buyers feedback im tempted to just relist.
Thoughts?

as your listing has only just finshed at 7.45 pm its less than an hour.
bit soon to jump the gun and give buyer time to respond. if no payment within 4 days then open non payment dispute to get your fvf returned. good luck hope sale goes though

Maybe your right.
But they just brought an $1800 car without asking questions. It was only listed for like an hour.
Im pretty sure an hour is plenty of time to answer the questions I sent them at the time of purchase? 🙂

Well, they have done what they have done, so just hope for the best.
you cannot relist it now, because without going through the proper process, of waiting a minimum of four days and then opening the unpaid item dipute, you run the risk of:
two buyers wanting the car and at least one neg
not getting your final value fees back from this first sale, as eBay thinks you have been paid if you do not open the unpaid item dispute
(if the buyer does not contact you and pay)
so just be patient 🙂

Good luck getting an unpaid item dispute to stick on a motor vehicle sale. The buyer has the right to walk away from the sale at anytime. No protection offered for motor vehicle sales i'm afraid.

There has been zero contact from the buyer.
No questions before, and no answers to my email after the purchase.
If they came to inspect and didnt buy, maybe ok. But to just hit the buy it now button with zero contact, im pretty sure I should be able to get my listing fee back on that one.

Good luck with that.....the buyer can walk away at any time from pick up items and does not have to specify a reason.

The buyer isnt walking away. He hasnt walked to the sale in the first place, he just hit the buy it now with zero contact.
If I cant get a refund from that, then ebay has serious issues.

oh dear I see problems ahead (and an expensive lesson for you x2 listing fees). TWO hours after the sale you relisted it??

The car runs out of rego on the 28th. I need it sold.
Im 110% sure I will not hear from, or recieve payment from the original buyer. 3 feedback. 1 positive/negative for non payment and has purchased about 15 cars in the last two weeks, ranging from a HQ holden $1500 to a Nissan Patrol $2850 all with no feedback recieved/given. Now as much as I would like to hold out 4 days for a miracle, im afraid I have little faith to spare.
