I haven't commented on this before, mostly because the only thing I can say is that I'm honestly aghast at each new development.
When I was speaking with eBay recently about an issue I was having with malicious buyers, the one thing that genuinely confounded me was how protective eBay were of them. 😞 Even if these types of people didn't do more damage than the profit could possibly warrant, I was trying to get them to understand that sure, I'm not the site's biggest seller, but like a lot of smaller sellers, I do still have decent sales, from a good range of products that aren't widely available, some of which are exclusive items, and more importantly, I have thousands of genuine buyers every year, many of which are regulars, and/or came to eBay to buy something from me they can't get anywhere else. My history clearly shows that I provide a good buying experience for them, even if there turns out to be an issue, and yet eBay are happy to compromise all that (and therefore the potential flow-on effect / benefits) and put my, and other seller's, accounts in jeopardy for the sake of one non-genuine buyer.

I am happy to advise that the manager did call me tonight and has agreed to remove all feedback (already done) and notes will be put in the system so this feedback cannot be reinstated again. 
That was me that had proof 
She was selling a couple of them on a Facebook group page for $45 and stated that she had two of them and that she is selling for what she paid for! She purchased those particular ones from me when I had them marked down at $19.92! (I forwarded screen shots to ebay)
She says she is a collector so if she did have two of each of those dolls, and if the ones I sent her were just so damaged, why would she sell the "not" damaged one? lol If I was a collector I would keep the "good" one.
I don't know if she is a seller here and is just waiting for all this to die down before listing, but I will be keeping an eye out.
