Listing Fee question

Quick question for the Vetran eBayers from a Novice.

I have used my forty free listings for April and have scheduled some items to start on 1st May and on each the $1.50 listing fee appeared when I created the ad

I have assumed that when it ticks over to May and I get my forty free listings for May, the listings I created in April and scheduled to start in May should then list with no listing fee being chargable.

Here's the question:  Does anyone know if I am correct in my assumption that the listing fee will be dropped off when it ticks over to May or will I still get slugged the $1.50 listing fee as the ads were created in April?

(P.S. If you give the wrong information and I get slugged the listing fee on dodgy information I'll be sending you an invoice and a very stern letter indeed  Man LOL )

Re: Listing Fee question

"So much for trying to plan ahead.  Not a massive financial hit by any means but, a situation that leaves a somewhat unpleasant taste in ones mouth when the logic of eBay flies in the face of human logic and common sense."

It can be a little Alice in Wonderland here at times 😉
