I am one very upset ebay seller. today I had a pair of pre-owned Lorna jane shorts/tights with 33 watchers which was to end Tuesday night removed by ebay as they advised the listing was against their listing policy - " You listed used athletic wear or sportswear. Due to hygiene concerns, eBay does not permit the sale of used athletic wear. Please do not relist this item"
On a search of ladies sportwear there is 3218 pre-owned tights currently listed and 150 Lorna Jane pre- owned tights listed. This is a complete joke and ebay should not discriminate. Their rules should be enforced for 100% Ebay members not just a select few. I advised ebay by phone today that I am more than happy to comply with the rule if the other 3218 items were also removed. Of course they are all still listed and making a lot of money for ebay. The funniest thing is but that I have another 2 x pairs of tights in different brands also listed and they have not removed them.
Has anyone else been discrimanated against with removal of items when there is already 1000's of them listed on ebay?

This happened to me with a pair of Nike 3/4 leggings that i'd worn once to do groceries. Listed in gym wear, 3 hours before the auction ended - BAM removed from ebay.
I waited a month. Sold them in the Clothing> Pants category instead. Got more watchers and bids than I had in the Gym section. eBay didn't remove it. Got good feedback. All is well 😛
