Lost message reply

Is there anything more infuriating than this site?
You type out a 500 word reply to a technical question hit send and get an error page. Message cannot be reloaded all text lost nothing in sent folder. Start all over again and this time remember to copy the whole thing before you send just in case.
i've been caught out with this quite a few times over the years because i write a good thorough reply and do research and attach links by the time i send the stupid page has timed out and i lose all that agonised over text.

so here i come to vent. because Ebay is designed by a group of sadists who keep trying to find ways to infuriate us more!!
Now...copy this message to clipboard before pressing post because...it's Ebay that's why just watch it get me again.

Re: Lost message reply

Oh Grand-dad, Work on your messages in a word document, then copy it into the message when finished.  It's a good habit to get into.  At least if something odd happens, there's a chance to recover the word document.  You can save them and keep them all in a folder.
