MY GOD I ALREADY HAVE 5 LATE DEFICITS AND I SHIP EVERY DAY

I ship daily and have a perfect record for over 11 years, my late postge deficit reads as follows.

3 late deliveries reorted by the carrier

2 late delieveries reported by the buyer

My deficit is 1.66

At this rate another 4 and and I will slip below standard and what the hell has the carrier (Aus Post) got to do with reporting late deliveries ?

I cannot do anymore than post every day and I believe some people would winge evn if  I teleported the parcels that day..............

It makes me so mad when I read that. You're not the first to receive that reply, and I'm sure you won't be the last. Just curious, what happens if you do try to list something? Do you get a message or something show? Or maybe a pop up saying "bad Crow, bad bad Crow, you must be punished"? I really am curious, because others that this has happened to don't seem to come back once they know there's nothing that can be done.

I find that arrogance unbelievable.....on that account at least your stars are good....5s and 4.9s.

I can't imagine that any other accounts would be much different.

It's so hypocritical of ebay because I'm always getting messages to sell again and when I do try and list a big red flag comes up with go fly away crow and don't come back lol.

Seriously ebay have not specifically pin pointed what policy I have breached that was so horrific for the buyers.

I now know that there is nothing more I can do but just let other sellers know that you need to be careful.

The worst part of all is that my family members aren't allowed to sell either because of me and it took them a while to forgive me but they are selling on other sites now so their ok now.

I'm still going to keep buying things though as I am more of a collector than a seller these days haha.

This account was great lyndal that's why I don't understand what happened.

As the defects started to build up it was over before I knew it.

Buyers claimed they never received items,but some even said in their feedback thanks items arrived safely after they opened an INR

and got their money back.

I even pointed this out to ebay but they just blew me off as oh well it's over now who cares blah blah.

So I'm just going to buy and collect now.

Mind you I also wasn't even notified about some of the claims buyers made,what I mean by that is I never even knew what happened as I wasn't even told by ebay or the buyers until it was too late for me to even respond.

It's like there was a secret deal done by ebay and the buyers.

It would be good though if the CS that gave me the warm regards would have let me know what the breaches were?

I know that some claimed never received but I agreed to refund those and surely that's not it?

None ever gave me negative feedback except only 1 buyer for me not sending without tracking on a $300 item and I said when pigs fly.

If ebay showed me the evidence then I would have taken it on the chin or maybe in my case on the bottom haha.

There MUST be someone you can appeal to? I don't know who, but surely someone can take a closer look at your case.

Based on the information gathered by ebay and who knows what that is and in their own words I will never be reinstated.

It's not like ebay had to pay the buyers back because I did that and also lost my items worth $1K.

It just shows how unreasonable ebay can be.

A nasty buyer can just say about anything and get away with it because their buying experience wasn't up to scratch and the seller gets punished for it,well in my case anyway.

I've given up in trying to reason with ebay,but I do know that I did everything by the book to sell on ebay.

This is on the sign in page. Yet if you follow this, you can earn enough defects to joing the crow. How can that be justifiable??
