MYSTERY BOX SALES ARE NOT PERMITTED?

Not sure anybody knows this eBay Policy. One of the hundreds of policies we need to abide by to use the site 🙂

Examples of listings that are not allowed:

Mystery items (envelopes, boxes, etc). This includes listings where the seller doesn't specifically identify the contents, number, quality, or condition of the items for sale.

...

I was getting ready to list one when... a google search found me this page:

Look at the bright side, at least you hadn't wasted listing fees trying to list one, then coming in here whinging how unfair eBay are :^O

I NEVER whinge about wasted listing fees. I'm an old woman. I waste listing fees all the time by just getting things wrong and re-listing them instead of using the edit button. That's not eBay's fault.

It was'nae me, not specifically anyway...

It was the water pipes. You see, I had the audacity to wash my hands after using the bathroom and she could hear the pipes. At 9:45pm, it was (of course) far too late to be up doing things like washing hands because she was trying to sleep (as was the entire neighbourhood, apparently...except for me). 

The obvious solution is to bang on your tenant's door and yell your head off for 5 minutes because their squeaky pipes were disturbing the neighbourhood.

Chill out, I was only joking,,  I didn't say you were whinging, I was talking about the posters who don't read the rules and then come on here complaining about how unfair eBay are for removing their listings.. 

It wasn't a personal attack.. It was more a comment on you at least reading the listing policies BEFORE listing 😐
