Markdown Manager Problems ?

Is anyone else having issues with items being "skipped" for some damn reason when they are meant to be marked down ?

Example: Select 500 items for sale, 6 of them actually end up being in a sale.. ???

There's a thread about it on the PS board, but I don't think there are any solutions, except to wait a few days and most should 'take'.
