I intend to take ebay to court over a case decided in buyer favour regarding a non delivered item when in fact tracking WAS provided that shows item was received.

Is anyone else having issues with items being "skipped" for some damn reason when they are meant to be marked down ?Example: Select 500 items for sale, 6 of them actually end up being in a sale.. ???

So.. buyer purchases an item from Mexico (small item, posted in envelope - no tracking).Buyer opens a non-receipt dispute. Does not answer any queries regarding address etc..After a few days I decide to refund and move on. Cannot do so, Ebay tells me...
