My buyers echeque was cancelled, Again?

So I finally have my buyer to pay, through paypal as an echeque.

Now paypal said don't post it until funds are cleared, okay no problem. But the funds were cancelled.

So I contacted the buyer letting them know. Did not receive a response.

Got annoyed, contacted them again, opened a non payment case.

They decided? to send payment through again, the same method. It has just been cancelled again! My case is still open.

I would like some advice of what to do, I have just sent them another message letting them know the funds were cancelled again if they can contact me to arrange another payment method.

The item ended on the 25/10. And I allowed a week for payment.

I am probably mostly annoyed now that they haven't bothered to contact me at all.

What is the best way to deal with this?

4 days after sale a case can be opened. 4 days after it's opened it can be closed.

Buyer obviously doesn't have money in their account.

Close the case if it allows, you get your fee back, buyer gets a strike and you are free to relist.

Add them to your blocked bidders list so they cannot do it again.

Also set up your blocks to block non payers with strikes.

Hover over account tab and select site prefs then buyer requirements.

Select show n edit then set blocks.
