Hi any help will be greatly appreciated with the following..To keep along story short a buyer won 4 succesful bidding auctions from me back in early september..She contacted me a week later to say she was sick and had to go to hospital and could i wait a few weeks until she came home to pay ..I agreed and in the meantime one of her items was accidently damaged..When 2 weeks passed i managed to email her and explain..She was very good and agreed to close case on item i no longer had to offer her. After that she asked if she could have another few weeks grace to pay for other 3 items as she had just returned from hospital and needed to get her finances better and then she would pay with paypal..Now that time has also passed and ive tried 3 unsuccesful times to make contact..I also offered her my contact number a while back but she refused at the time to give me hers( as i thought with her problems i could also text her if neccesary) any way looks now like she isnt going to pay and i have tried to open cases to end the items but ebay says i cant as its been to long to open a case and that i should talk to buyer..Which she isnt communicating..What can i do..can i relist the items and should i call ebay...Help please..These items could be going to somebody else who would also love them for christmas ...

Yeah, I'm sorry but I just won't wear a buyer asking for more than 4 days to pay. They really should be paying within 1 day, at the latest. You are all entitled to handle it as you wish, but for me, if you don't have the dosh, don't bid on my stuff. I'm old and I don't have enough time left to be waiting on you. Bad enough that I have to wait ANOTHER 4 days after I start a NPB case. It should be instant kick and ban for a month.

its great to hear from all sides...I have decided i did what i thought was the best at that time..I have also learnt from my experience and will take a few extra precautuions from now on to try not to get caught in a simular trap..Even though i i have been selling a while now i must say there is still room for inprovement in many ways but i am a happy seller and do enjoy the experience of knowing through positive feedback and emails ect that i have made quite a few buyers very happy with thier purchases over this time..Makes me feel good to know that going the extra length at times is very appreciated by some...Thanks for you and everybodys else's opinions in relation to my question..
