Need help contacting eBay about a seller ignoring me

I have looked at everything I bought an item in October last year they offered a 12 month warranty and I've contacted them 4 times with no reply and eBay option to get help from eBay is not available on the item , is there email I can email eBay to get help ?

OP, things I have said can and do work. I have used a few techniques to good success and as a last ditched attempt costs nothing except 5 mins.

The other part of the same post was just a general comment, in relation to another matter. It was about not taking the bait. That part wasn't directed at the seller. Sometimes it's just best to walk away from it.
