Negative Feedback on Closed Dispute

About a month ago a buyer puts in a best offer which I accept but no payment is made. So after about 10 days and no reply to messages I open a non payment dispute. Still no payment so I close the dispute and get my fees back. 

Today the buyer leaves negative feedback. 

How can ebay allow the buyer to do this?

I think your item specifics needs some revision......id the silver coloured lock really made of silver as you say?

I very much doubt that the gold coloured lock is made of gold especially at the price you have it listed for.

I guess I've never looked but I haven't seen articles on how to buy a good fake before  - but LV isn't my thing
