So I presume everyone received the email re the new extra small satchels. Just wondering if anyone has been able to find the dimensions, as I've been totally unsuccessful.
I also asked at our local PO this morning and they know absolutely nothing about them and haven't even heard of them. TIA

The base rate is currently 30c for small satchels. 21c if you buy 100. And they are available over the counter with no delivery costs

Sorry, but you're quite obviously mistaken. The prices I quoted are 100% accurate and current at the time of posting here. Small and medium eBay flat rate satchels are only $0.15ea, compared to $0.25ea for the extra small satchels.
These prices are clearly advertised on the AP website. You can pay more than the advertised price if you like, but I highly doubt anyone else would want to do so.

I paid $21 for a box of 100 a few months ago and before that they charged $18 a box at my post office. Maybe they are cheaper online or a different version of what I get.

I can see what I missed now I use the plain satchel not the ebay which I can now see is available on the website for $15. Not sure if they are available over the counter as you would need to buy 4 to get free postage as there is no local pickup option showing. So 100 would cost $24.95 delivered if they cant be purchased over the counter.

If I am mistaken so is AP. The last 100 I bought cost $21. Try it.

I have tried it... and you are most definitely mistaken. I only pay the advertised amount of $15 per 100 satchels, and I'm not inclined to pay an additional $6 gratuity. They get enough of my money as it is.
If you want to pay more than the advertised price, then that's entirely on you - it doesn't mean that what you are paying is correct. It actually means you're being ripped off - but again, that's also on you.
Now for the purpose of clarity, and just so others reading aren't completely misinformed... Australia Post small and medium eBay flat rate satchels are $15 for 100 ($0.15ea). That's just a plain and simple fact.

Of course you quote eBay satchels, which aren't the subject of this discussion. And something prudent sellers would not use.

And yet again you are mistaken. Not having a good day, it seems. This entire discussion is about the eBay flat rate extra small satchels price & size in comparison to the eBay flat rate small and medium satchels... so yes, despite your complete misunderstanding of the subject, it is definitely about eBay flat rate satchels.
Just to further clarify for you, they are the only type of satchel mentioned in the OP, and exactly what is being discussed throughout this thread.
