Non Payer possible retaliation.
I have a NPB who won an auction on another ID I use , after doing some research I get a bad feeling about this buyer .
I know they can’t leave feedback after I open a case but if they then decide to pay before I close that case can they then leave feedback ?
Or can they claim a refund as item not as described or parcel contained something else ?
Wish I could just cancel the whole deal & get back the selling fees as the item was expensive .

Yes they can leave feedback after they pay.
If they open a dispute for item not as described then make sure you respond to the dispute and put your side across and escalate the dispute
Paypal will then look at it and if they find in favor of the buyer they will be told to return for a full refund.
Add the buyer to your Blocked Bidder List to prevent them from buying anymore.
If it is a very expensive item then they may not even have the money to pay anyway.
Follow through with the non payment dispute as soon as the system allows.

The case was closed and the buyer never paid and he was still able to leave feedback. Some buyers know how to do this and go out of their way to do it. I rang eBay and after they looked into it the neg was removed.
So beware if you have a nasty buyer that loves negs, checkout their feedback left for others on their feedback page and that may tell you to expect it or not. My buyer had 24 negs in a row! left for sellers but eBay still lets him get away with it?.
