Had a buyer who bought a Trading Card from me for $2.30 Plus Free Postage. The card was packed In a Trading Card Holder Wrapped in an old postcard for extra protection posted within 24 hours as a normal letter 70 Cent Stamp and he leves Feedback... "Quick Delivery... could have been packed better". What are buyers expecting these days?? I just added him to my New Party List

You dont think youre over reacting just a little bit?  it was wrapped in an old postcard for gods sake Lol

and whats "free postage" got to do with it?  free postage, therefore **bleep**py second hand wrapping /service with an attitude?

He gave you positive feedback.

Crows, I'll be the big bad wolf here..........smiley-girl-thinking_189938955.gif

When you say The card was packed In a Trading Card Holder Wrapped in an old postcard for extra protection

Is that a slip or a top loader?  If it was a slip, then an old postcard is not

enough protection.  Cards need some rigid cardboard.  Even if it was a

top-loader, it would still need some rigid cardboard.

Australia Post recommend that your mail be able to withstand 20kgs dropped

on it from a metre high.

Haven't you ever seen the way they throw those bags around?

Sorry to rain on your parade, but I buy cards too, as you know

That buyer has only bought 6 things in a year, so maybe a little

slack could be given?

Spoiler
Also, too much info in that screen grab - I feel a slap coming

It was posted in a New Top Loader with a Postcard wrapped around it. What more can I do when offering Free Postage. I have sold plenty od Cards and shipped this way with no complaints.

Both good points, but seeing as it's a positive, I wouldn't have replied and it would have gone unnoticed.

I see it as the buyer being very honest with their thoughts, nothing more.

I thought it might have just been a slip that you gave them.

But if they got a top loader, then it should have been fine.

$2.30 free postage and a top loader -

maybe they were  a little ungrateful then   big grin smiley.gif
