Opened unpaid dispute, what now?

Hi, I opened an unpaid dispute about 6 days ago now. Firstly I emailed buyer after 3 days asking about payment & sending another invoice. Left anger couple of days never heard back. Opened the unpaid dispute & it has been about another 6 days & no word from the buyer. So just wondering what do I do, do I keep waiting, does eBay chase them anymore? I thought bidding on eBay was a legal bid & you had no choice but to pay if you won the bid, is this not correct? So just wondering what I do next, thanks

eg.  NO PAYMENT, NO CONTACT.   CASE CLOSED.

What, and cop a policy violation like another member did this week? Very poor advice. They are a low feedback seller, it wouldn't take much for eBay to shut them down. One should never encourage policy violations.
