Hi all,
I am about to post off a parcel to Qld which my husband sold under his own ID and the only address I have is a Post Office Box. We checked the winner's details and they only have a PO Box.
I was under the impression that it had to be a street address for parcels to be delivered and if not that Paypal does not cover any losses.
Could someone please confirm for me before I send.
Many thanks,
Di

You are probably thinking of the US seller protection which certainly used to and may still exclude delivery to PO boxes.
That is because they have a completely different system over there, no identity check or home/billing address is required to get one and many of them are notoriously unsafe.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?

Yes, as PJ says, it is differnt in Australia.
Here you have to provide 100 points of identity and a residential address so a AU PO box is very safe.
You also don't have any issues with possible theft from someones door step ๐
