If you bought an item from a seller that turned out to be a scammer, would you still think it's a joke if PayPal had released the funds immediately to them and you couldn't get a refund?
If tracking shows the item as delivered, ring PayPal and they will release the funds while you are on the phone. Better still, upload the tracking numbers into PayPal as well as eBay and it will happen automatically when it shows as delivered. It's only for 3 months.

Blackeye do you work for ebay or pay pal ,**bleep** advice
I doubt Blackeye will see your ridiculous claims given the thread died 14 months ago and Blackeye rarely visits the forums. Did you not read my reply? Or did you just come in here to mouth off?

Reply ,c,mon, you know everything, why did they get sued for 9 million
You're the one dragging up dead threads, why don't you tell us? You seem to be the expert on all things eBay and PayPal. I wish I could have been an expert from having only 400 feedback.
Oh, FYI, despite what you may think, eBay don't visit these forums. Nor do PayPal.

And you have no idea about posting IDs.
Tippy is a seller and a buyer on other IDs.
Many members prefer not to use their main buying and selling IDs on the boards and so use posting IDs which is allowable under the forum rules.
However, as I agree with Tippy's comments. maybe you might believe what I say.....is my feedback acceptable to you?
