Paying with paypal after clicking pay by bank

I just had a buyer mistakingly click pay by bank transfer, by mistake, the messaged saying they wanted to pay by paypal. Because hey had clicked pay by bank transfer the abilty to send an invoice had gone so I could not see anything at my end to enable them to pay by paypal. I messaged them back saying there should be a way in the drop down menu to pay by paypal still but they said there was nothing they could see. I cancelled the sale and they will have to buy it again. Anyone know of a better way I could of done this, without hopefully cancelling the sale, if it happens again.

ok the page I have BMed is that, has myebay.com.au I would not have a clue how to get there without the BM though. Still seems like a glitch in selling manager pro should be able to resend an invoice even after they click bank transfer if it can be done in the normal selling view

Just looked and I would need to click on either 'View My eBay Selling'in sellers tools or All Selling in shortcuts then the old view of sold to get the resend invoice that makes more sense than just doing it from selling manager pro

Yes, there are links back, but my goodness IMO you have to have a good look around to locate them AND/OR have a clear sense of purpose to know to look for them in the first place. 

What seems obvious for some,is a mystery for others, shame that we all can't be know it alls
