Have problems occasionally with buyer not being able to make payment via their iphone. I recall reading on here once that it has something to do with an app that they are using?? Most people just end up hopping onto computer and pays this way...but I have a buyer who doesn't own a computer & only has iphone. Can anyone tell me what I can advise them as to how to overcome this problem?

They will need to use the web browser on their iphone to go to the classic site.
That way they don't use the app. It is very buggy.

and they keep calling them 'smart' phones

The phones ARE 'smart'. The people who wrote the app, on the other hand, obviously aren't.
