eBay is holding money claiming that tracking is not being entered. They are holding it under false pretenses as their computer system is faulty. It doesn't pick up all entered tracking numbers especially on combined orders. I have spoke to people there twice now about this and still they are holding money back. This has got to stop.

I am not sure what you expect base level cs can do, or what a base level employee has the power/authority to do
You say it is a faulty system but then you say false pretences. If the system is indeed faulty, how does anyone know what information is the correct information?
Have you provided screenshots showing delivered?
have you spoken with a supervisor?

At least 50% of my sales are combined postage, and never had an issue with the tracking not being updated for all items within the sale, maybe check what you are doing
