Can someone tell me how long I have to wait to receive 'payout' for an item I have sold?
Also, is payout the only way to receive payments now on Facebook?
Is Paypal no longer used?
Thanks

Read the link below, because you haven't sold in over a year eBay sees you as a "new seller".
You have to be signed up AND verified for Managed Payments to get your money, if you aren't you will never get your funds.
Buyers can use Paypal (at the moment) but sellers must use Managed Payments.

As far as I'm aware, Facebook rarely get involved in transactions. Maybe ask on Facebook. As far as eBay goes, refer to padi's answer.

Who told you payment was done via Facebook?
I hope it wasnโt your buyer, because if they did tell you that, you are being scammed
Paypal hasnโt been a thing for buyers for over three years
Never Facebook though
Please take Padiโs excellent advice
And read the sellers basics
And give whoever told you the Facebook nonsense the flick

Just follow padi's advice.
You need to be signed up for managed payments to receive your money and if you haven't sold in a while, there will be a hold on the funds for 30 days.
The buyers can still use paypal to buy items on ebay but you as a seller won't be able to tell how a buyer paid any more, you are dealing with ebay for funds now, not paypal. That was what I was told by a regular seller, in any case.
And nothing from ebay goes through facebook, not payments, not sales, nothing. Why would it?
