Paypal Question..

Hi there,

Over the weekend I sold two items and almost immediately received notice that I had been paid for them via Paypal...

Upon checking my paypal account I see no activity on my account.. when I select to accept payment - I receive a message basically telling there are no payments to accept.

Any possible explanations for this?

I am keen to post these items aaway and build some positive feedback - however - where's the payments gone?

The first thing to check is that you entered the paypal payment email address correctly into the listing - click back on the listing title and then use the sell similar tab at the top - this will bring up your original template and you can check that everything is correct there. ( I have been known to have a comma instead of a fullstop, for example!)

Also you need to upgrade your paypal account for selling if you haven't, to a premier account as a personal doesn't accept payments.

The same people read both the answer center and the discussion boards so you will get the same answer in both of your threads.
