I got this fee from paypal(for $0.49, please see attachment) but not sure why...

hi you have to pay fees for selling   which is  35 cents   plus 2.6%   aprox depending on your rate

= 30c

+ 2.6% (7.15) =19c 

total fees for 0.49c

Ebay fees are approx 10% and fee on postage 10% paypal fee aprox 3% so you should add on about 17% to your ebay listing to cover costs

I'm not cranky I very rarely get cranky on here. I get frustrated sometimes with idiots like the one from the other night but hey.

I edited my post above because I thought the OP was the buyer as I assumed everyone would know they had to pay fees.
