I often print postage labels for Australia Post on eBay, which is simple and cheap. Today I went through the usual process, assuming that I would be obtaining an Australia Post label but discovered that I had ordered a postage label from a courier company named Sendle. I think eBay should advise sellers when it is making a significent change or addition to its procedures. I now have to go to the post office to post one item and to a newsagent some distance away to lodge the Sendle item.

yep, have to be careful, sendle is the first option - have to remember to scroll down further

Sendle is a courier broker.....you don't know which company will eventually handle your parcel.
I thought Sendle arranged to pick up from you rather than you having to take the item to a pickup point.

Can you cancel the Sendle label and redo using the Aust Post option?

Why not just print them yourself and stick them on the box, thats what I do.
screw paying for a label.

For the most part they seem to use Couriers Please but several different companies can be involved depending on areas of coverage.
You can choose either pick up or drop off as suits you best but it is easy to make a dud selection with the current eBay layout.
