Postage correction letter

Has anyone else received an email from ebay today advising of a technical  error regarding postage  charges not correctly  being deducted  from their accounts ?

Re: Postage correction letter

No, I never got any free postage labels and I got charged $41 last month now just got a bill for $71 the other day. Never going to be using postage label thru EBay again. I will just wait till what the seller paid for postage to come into my bank account if I don’t have the money to post it. And it’s the worst time of the year for them to be doing it

Re: Postage correction letter

That's exactly what I said to them via chat.

I also had a 10 free postage  promo, but it only worked for 3 and its one of those they are charging me for!!!!

I asked to 'chat' to a manager or supervisor here in Australia as I was disputing the charge and he was gone for a bit and then came back to say they would credit me now (24-48 hours) and the debit will still occur on the 17/12.

Luckily I had previous chats to back me up and the free postage promo page.

I think someone made a big mistake.....promoting free post with OZ post as now there's a promo for SEndle ..... and now they are trying to get some money back.

Dispute it .

Re: Postage correction letter

Simple answer, don't use ebay post labels ...

Use Aust Post directly and when you lodge @ 10 items a week you can get an Aust Post business account which offers volume discounts of at least 5% as well.

Re: Postage correction letter

10 items a week would get you a lot more than 5%.

You can open an AP MyPost Business account without ever selling anything.

5% cuts in at $50 per 28 days. 5 parcels a month effectively.
