eBay randomly ended around 540 of your listings due to weak sales performance and low metrics. This drop in performance occurred because I had to pause my store for three weeks while on holiday in December 2024.
As a result, 75% of my listings were removed, leading to weak sales (see attached photo).
eBay has informed me that I cannot increase my sales limits due to these performance issues. I feel frustrated, having spent years building your store, I'm seeking help to recover my situation.

You seem to have an issue. You float between 1st and 3rd person.
I doubt your issue is because you went on holiday for a few weeks.
I cannot help with listing limits, as I don't have them.
Your chart is pretty, but has nothing to do with your complaint.
Maybe contact eBay and ask them.

Sales volume change, either up or down, isn't an issue with ebay. All sellers have good months and at other times have almost no sales. In my view the drop in December volume, (clearly evident on the chart and explainable by your holiday absense), is not the cause of your problems with ebay. I'd go so far as to say it's a mis-direction.
I'd look closely at the 'metrics' mentioned. Did you put the store in holiday mode? Were any customers left waiting for your return to get their orders filled?

Did your DSRs (detailed seller ratings) drop to below standard? That could trigger a selling limit being imposed (resulting in selling restrictions).

Feedback for the last 12 months, 193 pos. 6 neutral, 2 revised, so 4% of buyers not happy. ( not including any disputes etc. that we cant see ) Stars seem OK though & still 100%.
That might be enough to do it if there are a few disputes thrown in that we cant see..
